Description Location: Approximately 25 min North of Dayton

Specialty Requested: 2 Full-Time Hospitalists - PERM

Other Acceptable Specialties: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Trained

Reason For Opening: Expansion/Growth - New Facility

Start Date: ASAP

Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): Community Hospital

Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): 130+ Beds

Schedule: 7ON/7OFF 7a-7p

Patient Volume: 15-18 Total Patient Encounters per Day

Patient Ages: Mostly Adult

IP/OP: 100% Inpatient

Call: No Call

Support Staff: Yes

Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): No ICU. No Procedures.

Charting/Dictation: EPIC

BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible if Residency was completed within the last year

Privileges Required? (turnaround): Roughly 90 days

DEA / CSR Requirements: Active

Medicare / Medicaid Requirements: Active

Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.) BLS, ACLS

Additional Info: No visas. $190K - $210K First Year Salary, $10K Sign-On Bonus, $10K out-of-state Relocation Pkg, $5K in-state Relocation Pkg, 182 shifts/yr, Option to p/u Back-up Call @ $200/night, Compensation for CME's, employed position with full benefits
