VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is representing a progressive medical center seeking new associates for its growing Hospitalist program. Preferred candidates with be BE/BC in Internal Medicine. This opportunity will sponsorship H-1B visa candidates. Highlights of this permanent full-time position include:

* Join an established Hospitalist service with 3 dedicated RN case managers
* Wide spectrum of adult medicine, consultations, chronic disease management, longitudinal care, diagnosis and treatment
* 5 hospitalists scheduled each 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. day shift with an average of 13 patients each
* Full-time employment of 15 shifts/month
* Flexible scheduling offers option to work 7- or 5-day block schedules, option to work days/swings/nights or a blend of shift hours, as well as the ability to take 3-week extended vacations
* Option for extra shifts, if interested
* Employed by a 226-bed facility with a semi-opened 12-bed ICU
* Intensivists on staff who perform procedures and mandatory consultants on ICU admissions
* No requirement for hospitalists to perform procedures/optional if desired
* Access to a full contingent of subspecialties
* EMR on board/notes dictated or entered electronically
