-Excellent full-time opportunity for BC internist or family physician<br />-Join established hospitalist service in community hospital<br />-Searching for a Nocturnist/Hospitalist to work 5-7 shifts per pay period (pay period is 2 weeks), 12 hour shifts, flexible with them working days/nights. <br />-The average inpatient census for the hospitalist service is 16-20 patients.<br />-The average number of admissions per day is 3 and the discharges also average 3 per day.<br />-The hospitalist program consists of 4 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners and the daily -model is one physician and one nurse practitioner for the day shift, one physician for the night shift.<br />-Collaborative work environment<br />-DART helicopter transport to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center<br />-Salary plus incentive and full benefits<br />-CME stipend<br /><br />Community: The Springfield community is rich in history and the special qualities are what make Springfield a great place to visit, work and live.
