Highly desirable Oregon city. Join a large, well-established physician-owned MSG which has approximately 90 providers. Relatively new hospitalist program with partnership potential. So far 3 MD's are on board and there are 3 PA's. The MD's are working the day shift and the PA's cover nights. MD's are on night call if needed by the PA's, but it's predominately phone call, with a rare call in. Shifts are 4 on and 4 off. Schedule is fluid though as this program grows. 7-14 patients/day. Starting salary is $200K range, with full benefits, paid malpractice, and partnership at approx. 2 years.
