Excellent Hospitalist job opportunity in Pennsylvania, within an hour of Pittsburgh! This well-established, hospital-run group is seeking a locum tenens Hospitalist to start the first week of March. The group would like a schedule of 7 on/7 off, but might consider 7 straight shifts once a month, if they can find two Hospitalists to work on an alternating schedule. Days are double-covered with an average volume of 18 patients per physician. No ICU procedures required. Full sub-specialty support is on-site, including Intensivists. Excellent pay along with travel/lodging will be provided. Privileges can be granted in as little as a week. The area includes three all-season ski resorts, access to an abundance of lakes, and streams for all types of fishing and water sports, cultural amenities, and all four major league sports.
