Opportunity to join 1 year old hospitalist program with 31 hospitalists so far working out of 4 locations (4 different programs). 18 shifts/month with schedule decided by each team. Shifts are 7am-7pm, no nights at all at 3 out of 4 locations because have nocturnists to cover. Average 16-18pts/day. Base pay is $180,000 guaranteed with possible $40,000 quality bonus ($10k per quarter). $20,000 starting bonus, $10,000 in relocation expenses. Other OPTIONAL opportunities to make additional income also available, i.e. night call via telephone. Hospitalists are not required to do procedures but can if they wish.
