Becoming part of our team enables physicians to enjoy a generous salary (Currently $100/hour with $20/hour night shift differential - average base salary of $230K calculated on 16 - 12 hour shifts per month, 2,304 hours per year) with quarterly performance bonuses, an individual business expense account and the ability to be an equity owner in the organization.
HMG is currently hiring a physician for it's hospitalist program in Middletown, Ohio located between Cincinnati and Dayton. The Atrium Medical Center is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility that is situated right off of I-75. Positioned on 200 acres the hospital is the heartbeat of a growing and expanding community. Not only is the facility progressive in its construction with 250-private rooms that are large enough to accommodate a family member overnight and can also be utilized as a procedure room, but the vision for growth of the center is truly impressive. Groundbreaking is scheduled this year for a charter school to be developed on campus to educate high school and post-high school students in math and science and to help promote careers in healthcare. The campus currently houses a new YMCA and a newly developed model in skilled nursing facilities. Everything that is being initiated and planned at the Atrium is to look to the future. Economist and planners in the region are predicting the Cincinnati-Dayton area to be the next Dallas-Fort Worth megacity, coming together right in Middletown. The area also boasts the #1 and #2 school districts in the state in nearby Centerville and Springboro which are 5-15 minutes from the Atrium.
