1 HOUR FROM RALEIGH. This facility needs a hospitalist to start immediately. They need a 3 month commitment from the locums physician. The credentialing time frame is 2 to 4 weeks. This position is ongoing until a permanent physician is hired. The shift is 7am to 7pm. The schedule is 7 on / 7 off. No Call required at this facility. The case load is 12 to 15 patients per day. Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required. The locums physician will be working with 3 permanent physicians. A North Carolina state license is required. They will consider family practice physicians with hospitalist experience. Procedures are required.
