* Primarily outpatient - 10,000 sq ft clinic shared by seven providers

* 1:4 call typically taken over the phone - 24/7 hospitalist program
* 23 exam and procedure rooms with on-site diagnostic and imaging
* No expectation to attend deliveries, no NICU work, no sick baby care
