Two Med/Ped Hospitalists sought for 90 bed facility that consistently reaches 99% for Patient Satisfaction. Hospital has as 15 bed med/surg unit and a 4 bed ICU that the Hospitalists will be covering. The average census is 11 with 2 admissions per day. Physicians must be able to manage vents and preferably be able to insert chest tubes and handle intubations. Schedule will be 7 on/off with the ability to leave the hospital after rounding on patients and remaining on call. There are 2 IM's in the community that will continue following their patients in the hospital. Compensation package includes a base salary and bonus of up to $30K for meeting core measures and patient satisfaction scores. Candidates can be either Med/Ped, IM or FP, visas welcome.
