This is an employed traditional internal medicine opportunity. The hospital is offering a compensation package of $200K base salary plus bonuses. Earn an additional ancillary monthly income for directorship responsibility of the long-term care facility. Additional incentives include: benefits per hospital policy (health insurance, liability insurance coverage, retirement savings plan with employer contribution, PTO accrual of 20 days per year, and CME allowance and 5 CME days off); relocation allowance; and student loan repayment. The call schedule is 1:5 weekend coverage (shared with FP group) and weekday (M-TH) call for your own patients as well as any other “unassigned”. Physicians typically work a 4 – 4.5 day work week. The hospital has a brand new clinic under construction for new office space. The hospital is a 76-bed acute care and 60-bed long-term care non-profit facility providing Laparoscopic, General, and Orthopedic Surgery, Complete Eye Care including Cataract Treatment, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiopulmonary Therapy and Testing, Nutritional Counseling, Lifeline Emergency Response Program, Endoscopy, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound, Physical Therapy, Obstetrics, Mountain Hearts Center for Prevention and Wellness, Mammography, a 24-hour Emergency Room, and after-hours medical clinic.
