Opportunity to join 1 internist in an established private practice internal medicine office located in Pawleys Island, SC. The candidate would see patients from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. This is an outpatient-only opportunity that will leave plenty of time to enjoy the beaches and outdoor recreation in the Georgetown County area. Call will be every other week with no hospital or emergency responsibilities (phone only). The practice is equipped with a full EMR. The candidate should expect to see around 20-25 patients per day.
This practice emphasizes preventive maintenance and comprehensive care for patients from 16 to 102. Hospital work is handled by local hospitalists that admit all patients requiring hospitlization to Waccamaw Community Hospital.
