H1 and J1 visa's accepted. This large and respected multi-specialty group is looking for a physician to join one of their satellite offices.
Position:
- Join a group with: 1 Internal Medicine physician, 1 Internal Medicine NP, 1 Pediatrician, 1 Pediatric NP, 10 Family Medicine physicians, One OB/GYN Physician, 5 FM mid-levels (PA and NP)
- Work Schedule (average): 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (1/2 day off per week)
- Call Schedule – Secondary, very limited call schedule (First call by Family Medicine)
Two days per week
One weekend per month
- Office Visits: 5 per half day, current practice mainly scopes, flexes & outreach
- Opportunity to build a strong clinical consult practice in the community with 15 – 24 patients per day (estimate)
- Inpatient Admits: Less than 5 per week

Imaging Center – X-Ray, Ultrasound (Sonography), Digital Mammography, MRI, CT,
Nuclear Medicine, Bone Densitometry, Allergy Shot Clinic, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, Occupational Medicine, Bariatrics/Weight Control Center
- Specialty Support – Inhouse
Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care
- Specialty Support – Visiting

Facility:
- 3 CCU beds with eICU hook-up available to Sioux Falls
- Emergency, Trauma, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- 24/7 Physician Coverage via Acute Care of Iowa
- Tertiary Care – typically determined by patient preference is available in Sioux Falls, SD, 90 miles away or Minneapolis, MN, 160 miles away
Financial:
- Highly competitive $185,000 2 year salary plus production
