Must be BC. AL lic not required. However, the candidate needs to have at least one current lic. from ANY state in the US or its territories to work as a government contractor. One year renewable contract. Could be either a great long term oppty or great oppty for someone who wants to do a one year locum while waiting to start a fellowship or for a mature physician who does not want to make a long term commitment. Option to relocate annually between contractor's govt sites nationwide. Must be US citizen or have green card.

On Call Compensation:
On-Call Availability. In consideration for on-call availability services provided, during which physician is available by phone, the contractor will provide hourly compensation at the rate of $10.00 per hour. On-call will typically consist of fifteen (15) hours per weekday on-call period and twenty-four (24) hours per weekend, holiday, family day, and training day on-call. Annual weekday on-call availability is estimated at 1,305 hours per year. At this rate, it is estimated that on call availability compensation will total $13,050.00 per Service Year. Annual weekend, holiday, family day, and training on-call availability is estimated at 696 hours per year. At this rate, it is estimated that on call availability compensation will total $6,960.00 per Service Year This is an estimate; however, and this number of on-call availability hours is not guaranteed.
