SUNY Upstate Medical University, along with Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, New York, has an opening for Obstetrical Director of The Central New York Regional Perinatal Program (RPP). As the first RPP established in the U.S., we have developed and implemented systems necessary to monitor an expansive network of 20 hospitals covering 15 counties.
* Faculty appointment reporting to Chair of OBGYN & Director of MFM
* Outpatient clinic, inpatient rounds, consults, high-risk L&D and outreach visits
* Optional clinical research available - Statewide Perinatal Database
* Supervise 20 OBGYN residents and oversee medical students
* Level IV NICU, perinatal hospice & bereavement program, 4D color ultrasound
* Coordinate care between MFM, OB, obstetrical intensivist, midwives, midlevels and transport nurses
