They are making way for growth and expansion and looking for a strong advocate who is well versed in healthcare facility management, mediation, organizational structure, hospital relations, team building and empowerment and actively interested in some clinical activities .
The group also runs a successful and growing residency program and would like a role model in this position to help expand upon this model.
Looking for experience in public health, quality control, director level management, initiating expansion activities, meeting leadership, overseeing provider scheduling, recruitment/retention and community health. Board Certified in Family Practice and Spanish speaking is a plus.
Additionally the expectation for this physician is to work a minimum of 8 clinical hours seeing patients to stay in touch with the grass roots of this organization.
