Description:
Responsible for managing the daily clinic operations, patient care and clinic staff. This includes scheduling staff, recruiting and hiring, coordinating patient schedules, coordinating inventory and quality improvement. Will be responsible for the clinic budget and communicating with all members of the team.
Plans and implements the overall nursing policies, procedures, and services for a unit. Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical staff. Ensures that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training. May provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients. Must be a registered nurse and familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

* Previous experience as a charge nurse, clinical coordinator or manager required.
