Pediatric Hospitalist job in southeast Massachusetts. New Pediatric Hospitalist program seeking 3-4 Pediatric Hospitalists to provide 24 x 7 inpatient coverage. Staffing will be assisted by community pediatricians who will provide some night time coverage. Program has an affiliation with a Boston based medical center for educational and resource support. Hospitalists will care for pediatric inpatients on a 6 bed unit and all newborns, and will attend all c-sections and high risk deliveries. Hospitalists will also provide consultative services to the emergency department. 14 bed LDRP with 1000 deliveries/year, Level 1-A nursery. 250 c-sections/year. Candidate should be board certified/eligible in pediatrics with hospitalist experience or extensive inpatient experience.
