Ongoing Neonatology locum tenens job opportunity in coastal South Carolina. Great client has a need due to the maternity leave of one of their permanent providers. Coverage needs are for October to fully staff a set of Level II NICUs and a Level I NICU. Neonatologist locums provider will team with NNPs to help with coverage and be on 24-hour beeper call; first call at one location and backup to NNP at the other two. Average daily census at all locations is 6-7.Doctor is responsible for rounds, complex cases, follow-up, stabilization, and deliveries as requested. The doctor will take call via beeper for the remainder of the day. This is a desirable location with resort-like activities to enjoy. Travel, lodging, and malpractice are all included.
