Expanding group is looking for immediate assistance and needs a permanent physician to work 15 days per month. Our client in northeast Texas has a job opportunity for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neonatologist who is comfortable seeing patients in a Level I & II setting. The well baby service sees an average of three newborns each day and the Level II has an average daily census of four. They will keep infants 28 weeks and up and have approximately 1,200 yearly births at the hospital. There are plans for the hospital to eventual grow into a Level III facility. The doctor would be responsible for rounding, charting, and deliveries as requested during the day, and then remain available at night by pager for call.
