Amazing job opportunity for flexible locum tenens work in west Texas! A Level III NICU is looking for monthly relief to provide their doctors with some much needed time off. They are seeking a Board Certified Neonatologist who can work about five consecutive shifts per month on a recurring basis. This center has an average daily census of 25 infants and is supported by 1-2 NNPs during the day, as well as a full compliment of sub-specialist support on-site. The locums doctor will be responsible for rounds, charting through the Neodata EMR system, admissions, and high-risk deliveries under 30 weeks. You will also hold the beeper overnight for call back into the hospital as needed. This can be a busy place, but you will be rewarded for all your hard work with excellent compensation.
