Immediate job opportunity for an excellent Neonatal physician to cover a busy Level IIIB NICU in Maryland. Our newest client is looking for coverage 3-8 shifts per month starting in June for 16- and 24-hour in-house shifts. In this position, you can expect to round in a 30-bed NICU, attend all high-risk and C-section births, and perform exams in the newborn nursery. This hospital has an exceptional staff of Neonatologists, Pediatricians, and NNPs to assist the locums physician. The hospital has a very busy labor and delivery program. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Neonatology, comfortable in a high acuity / census environment, and be local within driving distance.
