- Western educated, trained, experienced Neonatologist, Board Certified or equivalent; Specialist training in Neonatology;
- Neonatology Specialist-Minimum 5 years clinical experience as a Neonatologist;
- Neonatology Consultant-Minimum 10 years clinical experience as a Neonatologist;
