Sheridan Healthcare is seeking an experienced Neonatologist interested in joining during an exciting time of practice expansion. Currently a Level I NICU, Jupiter Medical Center (JMC) is looking to open a Level II NICU in the next 12 months and a brand new Obstetrics Unit. JMC is a not-for-profit 283-bed facility that offers a wide array of services and has been consistently recognized for outstanding clinical excellence since it opened in 1979.
Highlights of this opportunity include:
Level I NICU with approx. 1350 deliveries with a projected 1500 in 2019
Provider cares for infants born at 35-37 weeks
Attends all C-Sections and high-risk deliveries
Stabilizes infants born < 35 weeks or who require transfer to a higher Level of care facility
Two (2) MD model with WO/WO flexible scheduling
BC in Peds and BC or BE in Neonatal- Perinatal Medicine
