All Star Recruiting is contracted with a facility in Ohio looking for a pediatrician that is BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine for locums coverage in June and July. We would need someone who is comfortable with taking care of level III NICU babies, especially the extremely low birth weight babies (23-26 weeks AOG), use of HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, TPN and body cooling, and also works well with our team. In terms of the working schedule, if the locum is coming for a week (7 days), we would have him/her cover the NICU in house from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Sunday, with a NNP and a 2nd back up neonatologist (this person helps out in the NICU and also covers another site). The locum will also be on call Friday to Sunday from 4 pm to 8am, (There is always an NNP in house 24/7) and most of the time a 2nd NNP will either be on call or in house also during the weekends. This would be the typical work week. This package includes outstanding compensation, paid malpractice with an ?A? Rated Policy, 1/3 Million with a guaranteed tail, travel and lodging.
