Medical Center is a regional provider of health services to residents of six counties in the north-central region of Illinois. The multitude of services provided include a regional medical center, a senior-living center, an ambulatory campus and 10 community -based primary health care centers.
Highlights of this opportunity include:
A. Base salary - $600,000 +
B. Sign-on bonus - $25,000
C. Loan repayment - negotiable
D. PTO - 5 weeks
E. Relocation up to $7500
F. CME - 1 week / $3000 stipend
G. Paid Malpractice

I. 403B
Practice Organization:
A. Employed position
B. Member of the Medical Group (approximately 72 providers in different specialties)
Practice Set-up:
A. Type of Practice
1. Inpatient / Outpatient
a. Approximately 2 1/2 days in clinic
b. Approximately 2 days in surgery
c. Approximately 575 plus surgeries performed in 2012
2. 1:3 Call
3. Office hours - 9:00 - 5:00/ Monday thru Friday
4. Practice location on hospital campus
5. Two offsite locations - see patients 2 times per month at each location
