Training in subspecialty areas within neurosurgery such as pediatric surgery, spine surgery, trauma and radiosurgery is desired but not required. A background in basic science or clinical research is desirable. A full-unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of North Carolina is required. Full academic position.
