Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): Hospital

Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): 1 Exam Room, 1 Procedure Room, Lab and X-Ray (The hospital has over 200 beds)

Schedule: 24-hour Call (Neurosurgery Trauma); Flexible Schedule - 5-7 shifts per month.

Patient Volume: 2 Average Daily Visits (10% Scheduled & 90% Walk-In Patients)

Patient Ages: 18% Adult Medical, 80% Minor Trauma & 2% Workers Comp

IP/OP: Inpatient

Call: 24-hour Call (Average of 3 calls per night and 1 admission)

Support Staff: Working with another Neurosurgeon

Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc): 24-hour Call (Neurosurgery Trauma)

Charting/Dictation: EMR

BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified with Trauma Fellowship
