THE POSITION:
Our client is an established neurosurgery practice that is adding an associate to a growing office in suburban Denver. This is a private, physician-owned group offering the new physician the opportunity to control the growth and development of their practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a new and thriving medical community in one of the fastest growing suburbs of the Denver metropolitan area. Surgeons practice in new facilities in a location with high-income patient demographics.
Cases include general neurosurgery with 80% spine and 20% cranial surgery. Fellowship trained candidates willing to perform general neurosurgery will be considered.
THE PRACTICE:
Full scope of neurosurgery
• Office located on the Hospital campus
• The new surgeon should expect a volume of 20-25 clinic visits per day, and 15-20 surgical cases per month with opportunity to grow to 40 cases per month
• 1:3 call
• Strong neurology program coordinator and marketing support in building a new practice
Practice in a full-service hospital with a full spectrum of services all designed to serve the community’s health care needs with a unique patient-centered care philosophy. Services include:
• Neurosurgery program providing diagnostic, consultative and therapeutic services for treatment of routine and complex disorders
• State-of-the-art surgical equipment, including Stryker Navigational Cranial software, Pantero Microscope, and Laser
• Certified Stroke program with 24/7 neurology and neurosurgery coverage
• Cohesive brain program is in development
• Outpatient Imaging Services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, diagnostic x-ray and PET/CT
COMPENSATION:
The practice will offer a competitive salary guarantee, sign on bonus and relocation package. Partnership will be offered after one year.
