Seeking a primary care nurse practitioner for a part time opening to provide in-home visits for a well established Internal Medicine practice. The travel is limited to a suburban locale and the scheduling is flexible.
The practice is extremely busy and they would like to provide follow up care to those patients that would benefit from this program.
