The Ob/Gyn will perform services at the Indian Health Services, Chinle Comprehensive Health care facility located in Chinle, AZ. The operational hours are Monday-Friday 8:00Am-5:00PM, some weekends and minimum on-call. Medical malpractice insurance is covered and any state license is accepted. The Physician shall have previous Indian Health Services experience.
