Description
Beautiful college town in the heart of the Oregon wine country only 40 minutes to Portland and 1 hour to PDX and less than 1 hour to the beach.

Candidate will be joining 4 other providers – 1 MD, 1 FNP, 1 CNM/WHCNP and 1 CNM

Work Schedule – 3 days per week in office, 1 day per week in the OR

Call Schedule – 1 week night each week (probably Thursday), on in four weekends (13 per year), extending from Friday morning to Monday morning.

Although the group is comprised of 1 MD and 3 mid-levels the 1 in 4 call is with OBGYN physicians.

Vacation/Personal Time Off – 4 weeks per year

CME – 1 week per year

Compensation:

Income Guarantee -- $230,000, Sign on bonus, Student loan forgiveness, relocation support (TBD)
