OB/GYN practice opportunity  opportunity located in a scenic, Sierra Nevada foothill community, with close proximity to Yosemite National Park; join four physicians in physician network; practice mix approximately 60% obstetrics, 40% gynecology; employed position first year, transitioning into RVU model; position due to retirement; call 1:4;  hospital census 500 deliveries/year; billing/staffing and other administrative duties done by hospital; must rotate thru rural health clinic 1/2 day week; position offers salary with $30K sign-on bonus; benefits include malpractice, health for physician and family, dental, vision, disability, CME ($2,000 year), hospital dues, incorporation fees, and potential loan repayment assistance. Practice affiliated with progressive 152-bed (72 acute, 68 skilled and 12 TCU--11-bed OB Unit) hospital serving 100,000 in Calaveras, Tuolumne and portions of Mariposa counties. As the sole community provider, the medical center offers a full continuum of care which includes a cancer center, diagnostic imaging, home health, hospice, intensive care, obstetrics, rural health, surgical services, wellness center, wound care and hyperbaric oxygen, and more than 20 primary care, urgent care and specialty clinics.
