Description Location: Oklahoma

Specialty Requested: OBG

Start Date: April 1, 2014

End Date: Ongoing (anticipated coverage of 4-6 months)

Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): Solo / SSG

Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): 4 Exam Rooms, 1 X-Ray, and 1 Procedure Room

Schedule: Clinic Hours are 8a-5p Monday - Friday

Patient Volume: 5-7 Hospital Admissions per week

Patient Ages: 100% Adult (95% Scheduled & 5% Walk-In Patients)

IP/OP: Deliveries, OB Care, Routine and Abnormal GYN Conditions.

Call: Shared Call 3 nights per week (5p-8a), but varies and every other weekend. Average of 5-7 calls per night and possibly 1 admission per night.

Support Staff: Yes

Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc.): Deliveries, OB Care, Routine & Abnormal Gynecological Conditions. No ICU or CCU involvement.

Charting/Dictation: EMR

BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified
