Our client, comprised of a network of outpatient clinics providing occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, wellness and primary care services nationwide, is seeking medical directors for three of its sites in Portland, OR. Ideal candidates would be experienced FPs or IMs with a strong background in Occupational Medicine, Workers Comp and/or Urgent Care or a BE (just out of residency) or BC Occupational Medicine specialist. A GP with an outstanding background in Occ Med who has had leadership experience may also be considered. These positions will require the supervision of 2 to 3 other providers and will be about 90% clinical. The starting base salary will be between $180K and $200K plus productivity bonus and Medical Director stipend between $6K and $12K.
Additionally there are opportunities for NPs and PAs with specific Occupational Medicine and/or Workers Comp experience. The hourly rate will be between $50.00 and $55.00.
