Mid-level provider will be responsible for treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, preventive and pre-placement examinations, health maintenance activities, immunization programs, Department of Transportation (DOT) exams, workers’ compensation case management follow-up, and health and safety education. Provider will supervise three medical assistants, and should be experienced in occupational medicine or emergency room care, comfortable with triaging injuries, suturing and treating a wide range of injuries: sprains, strains, lacerations, fractures, eye injuries, burns, crush injuries, blunt trauma, occupational exposure, repetitive motion injuries. Experience in managing employees.
