A two-physician, freestanding clinic is looking to add a second Medical Oncologist to its combined Medical Oncology/Radiation Oncology team. This practice will be renewing its contract with a nearby state-of-the-art hospital and is going to be expanding its Medical Oncology service. A typical day is Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm, with a steady average of 100% adult patients. Chemotherapy and Bone Marrow procedures will be done at the nearby local hospital and cancer center. Candidate must also be very patient oriented and able to adapt well to the atmosphere of this practice while still having extremely strong clinical skills. Outgoing personalities are a necessity for future marketing potential. Support staff includes on-site physicists, dosimetrist, two nurses, six techs, and front desk staff. The new physician would be under the group entity while they contract with the hospital and then after a 2-3 year contract, physician would have the option to join the hospital.
