Medical Oncologist job in eastern Michigan. Prefer candidates trained in both Hematology and Medical Oncology, but would consider only Med Oncology. We have one other Medical Oncologist who would share call with the new physician, which means call every other night and every other weekend. The practice is largely outpatient. We have a beautiful outpatient Cancer Center which houses Medical Oncology, Chemotherapy Infusion and Radiation Oncology. We have one Radiation Oncologist, one linear accelerator. At times we do have some inpatients admitted to our Medical Oncologist, but we do not do inpatient chemotherapy currently.
