Unique opportunity for a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist in Conway & Murrells Inlet, SC. Work schedule is 2-4 days per week, and very limited "on-call" time. Position could lead to partnership if desired. We are located in the Myrtle Beach area, close to the beach, river, boating, fishing, fantastic golf, great restaurants and entertainment, etc. Searching for the right individual that possesses a great combination of great clinical skills, excellent surgical skills, and a pleasant and likable personality that both patients and fellow workers can respect and admire. We have a large base of happy patients who typically have cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, oculoplastics problems, want refractive surgery, etc. Very well-equipped offices with excellent support staff in place. Main office in Murrells Inlet has S4 CustomVue VISX laser, ALT, IOLMaster, VF/OCT/HRT, optical shops, and adjoining ASC. This practice focuses on refractive and cataract patient problems, and requires now a 2nd MD who has great patient communication skills and can continue to build our practice. Salary is negotiable but is incentive-based.
