Seeking Glaucoma Specialist for New Ophthalmology Clinic

We are seeking a general ophthalmologist and a glaucoma specialist to join a retinal surgeon and general ophthalmologist in a new clinic at the hospital. The physicians will perform surgery in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center that opened July 2010. The new Surgery Center has eight surgical suites, each 650 square feet in size, making them the largest operating rooms in the city. The Surgery Center offers the amenities of a free-standing surgery center, along with the advantages of being connected to the hospital by a skywalk. There are an additional 14 operating rooms in the hospital for inpatient surgery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is just beginning a career and would like to be busy from day one. We employ over 100 specialists and over 200 primary care physicians in the city and the surrounding 3-state area that are ready to refer their patients with ophthalmology needs. The physicians are employed by Hospital and receive a generous benefit package that includes loan forgiveness.
