The practice potential is huge as orthopedics is accounting for 20-25% of our surgical volume (about 40-50 cases a month) and growing. Strategically, an additional orthopedic surgeon would provide initiative to plan for expanded or new office space. Our compensation package is flexible, starting with a base salary of $400,000. It can include a productivity-based employment agreement, or very competitive income guarantee, depending on physician preference.
