Description Orthopedic Surgery job in Wisconsin. Opportunity to develop a busy practice with the security of an established referral base located in southwestern Wisconsin. 200K signing bonus in addition to a guaranteed salary in the 90th percentile. Opportunity for general orthopedic surgery with the ability to develop a Sports Medicine practice, if desired. Part time - 3 day workweek or full time - 4 day workweek. Proposed call schedule of one night per week and every third weekend. Hospital and clinic are both fiscally sound organizations who want to help you develop the orthopedic practice you desire. Collaborative work environment in both communities. The vision is to continue to grow orthopedics with a regional approach, making a better practice for you and better quality of care for the communities.
