The Practice
Southern Indiana Orthopedic Surgeon is looking to add another BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to his established 14 year old practice with an immediate patient base.
Practice is currently having a new office and surgery center constructed to be ready late 2010
Very congenial office staff
Will accept general orthopedics, however, a subspecialty will do.
Call is 1:4, will share with another practice.
American or foreign trained.
Surgeries are performed two to three days per week
Good payor mix, mainly adult patients, some pediatrics and geriatrics.
Little to no competition
New grads are welcome to apply.
Salary is $500,000-$600,000. Income guarantee for two years

The Hospital
Hospital has 140 beds, will provide full support for practice, including relocation and benefits

As a regional health center, the staff provides a comprehensive range of medical care for residents of the city (population approximately 20,000) and surrounding counties including more than 7,700 inpatients and 172,000 outpatients.

The eight-bed, Inpatient Rehab Center opened in July 2005 and provides intensive rehabilitation for people who have had a stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, fracture of the hip or femur, amputation, joint replacement surgery, or have a degenerative and progressive neurological disorder such as Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis.
