Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in FLORIDA- 20 minutes from Tampa, FL

• Our client is a well respected physician owned and led multi-specialty group located 20 minutes from Tampa, FL
• Excellent opportunity to join group of very successful orthopedic physicians and midlevel providers in this extremely busy practice due to tremendous growth
• Work out of one hospital and 2 outpatient surgery centers owned by the group
• Highly competitive MGMA Median salary, plus generous productivity bonus incentives; 2-3 year track to partnership, share in generous ancillary income as a partner
• Group needs a surgeon willing to do their share of general orthopedic work, but is very open to fellowship trained physicians in Foot/Ankle, Total Joints or Trauma and will market and allow you to specialize in your field as you build your practice. (no spine or hand fellowships needed at this time)
• Call is 1:5 or better
• Candidates must be BC or BE and have an active FL license or be in the process of gaining one
