ENT job near Jackson, MS. The financial package will be defined through the three year employment agreement. Physician will be provided an annual base salary and given the opportunity to increase earning potential based on productivity bonuses. The starting salary offer is scalable on experience, but a typical starting point is based on the MGMA 50th percentile, which is $355K for ENT. Incentive/Bonus Program - The productivity bonus is a collections based model where the physician will receive 90% of collections generated in their office practice. Physician must first cover their own salary and office expenses in order to earn production bonuses. Benefits Package - Candidates will be offered a package that includes the following benefits: Malpractice is paid in full under the employment agreement along with office overhead expenses. The malpractice policy is claims made policy. Physician is eligible to join group health insurance plan. This plan covers medical, dental and vision care plans. Physician is required to contribute a portion of the cost of the coverage. CME allowance of $3,500 along with 5 days to complete CME. Paid time off PTO is based on accrual leave in relation to years of service. 0-2 years equates to 176 annual hours; 3-4 years equates to 192 hours; 5-9 years equates to 216 annual hours and over 10 years equates to 256 annual hours of leave. Long term disability is provided as a monthly benefit up to 60% of eligible earnings up to $100,000 per month in the event of disability after 150 day elimination period.
