Medical Center is seeking a Board eligible (recent graduate) or Board certified Otolaryngologist to join a busy, hospital owned ENT practice. Compensation for the first year is a guaranteed base; second year is the greater of the guaranteed base or total RVU production; and third year is straight productivity based on RVU production. Clinic call is 1:2 and unreferred hospital ER call is seven (7) days a month. A strong primary care referral base and a medical staff of over 300 physicians provide the foundation to build a very successful practice with a cohesive, supportive medical staff. Board certified or Board eligible. Experience preferred but not required. A clean malpractice history is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills a must.

- Although clinic is located in metro Jackson area, it does qualify for federal loan repayment through the National Institute for Health.
