This is a general ENT opportunity in central Massachusetts. The hospital is looking for a general ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, Thyroid, Skin Cancer, Sleep procedures to join one physician in his very busy private practice. He does about 65 procedures per month and sees 25 patients daily, 30% pediatrics. The call is 1:3 mostly from patients and the ER call can be handled over the phone. This is an employed position with a salary of 350k with an eighteen month partnership track.. They offer a 25K Longevity bonus that is paid once the credentialing process is complete, however, the physician must stay for four years or the bonus is paid back in full, it is not prorated. They offer up to $6,500 in relocation expenses and loan repayment.
