All Star Recruiting is working with a Home Health/ Hospice facility in Northern Oregon. Recent Home Health/Hospice Experience Required; 2+ years home health preferred. Palliative Care experience needed. Use of EMR system specific to Hospice regulatory requirements. Assignment starts 03-16, 13-26 weeks preferably 26 weeks, 8:00am-5:00pm.Will rotate with Medical Director, but at least every other week and every other weekend.
