Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): SSG - Pediatric Nephrology

Hospital/Facility Size (# beds/exam rooms): 3 Exam Rooms & Lab

Schedule: 7:30 A - 5:00 P with 24/7 Call (Phone Consults Only. 2-5 calls per night with no patient admission responsibilities (ER Physician will do admissions).

Patient Ages: 80% Pediatric & 20% Newborn (100% scheduled patients)

IP/OP: Combination of Outpatient & Inpatient Care

Support Staff: Yes

Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc.): Care for dialysis patients (Hemo, CRRT, Peritoneal), management of post-renal transplants, and management of outpatient pediatric nephrology. Procedures: renal biopsy, hemodialysis, catheter placement, peritoneal dialysis catheter placement.

Charting/Dictation: EMR

BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified
