Seeking a full time Chief of Pediatric Surgery to develop a full service pediatric surgery division over the next several years. The chief is responsible for excellence in clinical care, education and research, and is expected to create and expand the existing programs of the division. As the associate director of the children's hospital, the chief will report to and work collaboratively with the director of the children's hospital. Qualified support includes neonatologist, pediatric hospitalists, pediatric GI, pediatric nephrologist, pediatric intensivist, pediatric pulmonologist, pediatric endocrinologist, pediatric cardiologist, and pediatric hematology/oncologist. The candidate should be board certificated in pediatric surgery. Leadership or management experience in academic teaching hospitals preferred.
